Blondie debuted Feb, 1977, first on double bill with Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers (the TP on her gown), then with THE greatest punk double bill, with The Ramones! At the world famous Whisky.
We danced at Debbie’s feet and delighted at the whole band. They were very cool offstage too! Debbie wore a wedding gown, which she pulled off to reveal her at that time very daring dress and thigh high boots. Rock would never be the same!
